At Crafted Together, each doll kit is carefully prepared and packaged with love.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused doll kits within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the kit must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened doll kits

Used or partially completed kits

Custom or personalized items

Digital products or downloadable content

Missing or Damaged Items

If your kit arrives with missing or damaged components, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will gladly replace any missing or damaged items at no additional cost.

Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
